TACEO is building the cryptographic foundation for a private-by-default internet. Using coSNARKs, we combine the verifiability of ZK proofs with the collaborative power of MPC, opening new possibilities for privacy-preserving applications.

We’re looking for our first Business Development hire to help grow TACEO’s ecosystem, from early design partnerships to long-term integrations. You’ll work closely with strategy, product, and marketing to connect our core technology with real-world applications, across payments, identity, compliance, AI, and beyond.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Lead pipeline development – Identify and pursue promising integration or collaboration opportunities across Web3, fintech, AI/ML, and digital infrastructure
• Design partner engagement – Interface with both startups and large tech players to identify needs and shape how TACEO integrates.
• Research verticals & GTM strategy – Map out the most promising sectors (e.g., onchain compliance, private payments, verifiable identity) and define playbooks to go from research to adoption
• Narrative building – Collaborate with marketing and product to shape how we communicate the value of TACEO to different audiences
• Community & ecosystem growth – Help build a credible, high-signal BD presence across events, online forums, and working groups
• Internal alignment – Work with engineering and product teams to surface partner feedback, inform roadmap, and prioritize integrations
